Tayo Olawoye is a human and business development enthusiast who has been using his leadership-development skills to raise leaders in careers, business and politics. He is a graduate of Economics from the prestigious University of Abuja (B.sc) and Master of Public Administration (MPA) from same university. He is an Certified Microsoft System Engineer (MCSE/CCNA) from National Institute of Information Technology India.(NIIT) where he also worked as the network engineer for many years before proceeding to managing the IT department of a British owned School in Abuja. Where he also acted as a consultant to many business owners.

He moved his career journey into a new phase of real estate by joining the PWAN Group which is a Real Estate Company with over 60 affliates, he planted and pioneer the branch office and in the same year became a Business Development Manager in one of the major affliates where he did the turkey of multimillion naira income from three estates in Osun state in the space of a year.

His brand, Micmac Global Consult Ltd, has long specialised in training people to become the better version of themselves through seminars, workshop exhibition in Entrepreneurial development, Leadership, Management and Real Estate. He work closely with group of Professionals who later gave birth to a new company: Hillstone Bricks Nig. Ltd, a construction and real estate development company chaired by Tayo.
